What requirements do I have to meet?
- A degree from a commercial college or vocational school, a good secondary school certificate or a higher education entrance qualification
- Knowledge of English and/or other foreign languages
- Computer literacy
- Interest in commercial organisational and administrative activities
- Enjoy dealing with colleagues and customers
What is the content of the training?
During your training, you work in the logistics, purchasing, material requirements planning, customer service, finance and accounting departments. You gain comprehensive insights into the different areas of our company within the framework of a structured training plan.
During your three years of training, you will not only learn about material, production and HR management, purchasing and sales, accountancy and auditing, cost and performance accounting and the fundamentals of data processing, but also a great deal about yourself, what skills you already have in these different areas, and where we can support you through additional promotion.
What’s the next step when you finish training?
On successful completion of your training, there will be many paths open to you at CWS-boco. Besides the possibility of accepting a position in one of our departments, you will also have the option e.g. of beginning further studies within the scope of StudiumPlus, the Dual Study Program of the Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen (THM) (Technical University of Middle Hesse).
