Constantly changing tasks bring new challenges time and again, and therefore a never-ending opportunity to advance the company’s and one’s own personal development. We take this fact into account by working out and implementing individual paths of HR development together with our employees.

  • Annual employee dialogues
    Our managers hold an annual employee dialogue based on structured meeting forms with each member of their staff. These forms are based on a uniform competency model used company-wide.
     
  • Individual development plans
    Within the scope of the annual employee dialogues, the dialogue partners jointly work out a development plan containing specific measures to develop the employee’s individual competence. This plan is then implemented with the support of the central HR Development Dept.
     
  • In-house continuing education
    General topics such as language and IT courses are offered centrally as interdisciplinary events. Thus, for instance at our Lauterbach location, English courses of various levels are held on our premises so that our employees can go directly from their workplace to class.
  • Executive development
    Academy with international participation, thus expanding their network within the group. Furthermore, all executives are integrated in our corporate development process “Passion for Service” and participate in workshops, seminars and individual coaching sessions on a regular basis.
