Family and profession
- Flexible working hours
New living conditions (birth of a child, childcare, care of dependents etc.) also frequently make it necessary to adjust one’s daily work routine. Flexitime and flexible or individual part-time models, even for executives, are therefore a matter of course for us.
- Special leave for certain occasions
In some life situations and on special occasions (e.g. weddings or relocation), we therefore grant extra time off in addition to the contractually agreed holiday entitlement.
