The daily implementation of our group-wide CWS-boco corporate values is a task which we have been eagerly and passionately dedicated to from the very outset. Individual HR development

No one wants to get stuck on a treadmill in his professional development. Together with their supervisors, our employees participate in a structured annual employee dialogue which gives them an opportunity to establish their own binding targets in an individual development plan and implement it with the support of the human resources department.


Sound and sustainable training

The training of our young skilled workers is an important issue for us. Every year we hire several new apprentices in the commercial as well as in the technical/industrial areas and prepare them for their future responsibilities as industrial clerks, apparel sewers or warehouse logistics specialists with a structured training plan

Good chances of being hired

The percentage of our apprentices taken on with employment contracts shows that we’re on the right path with our training strategy. This figure usually is 100%. We offer our graduates an opportunity to further their careers within the company. They can do this either by accepting a permanent position or by continuing their studies.

Annual company parties

Whether it’s a Halloween party, Oktoberfest or Casino Night: Once a year, our apprentices organise a joint celebration for all of our employees. A diversified programme, good food and a pleasant atmosphere always guarantee a great evening at these events.
